Thank you for shopping with Abel Etch and Print. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time As all our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Personalised or custom-engraved orders may take a little longer — we'll always let you know.
UK Delivery We ship across the UK using Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- Tracked delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
