Refund & Returns Policy

At Abel Etch and Print, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that personalised or custom-engraved items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as these are made specifically for you.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at abel.etchandprint@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
